All products are drop-shipped directly from each merchant or supplier and not warehoused by iBuyGourmet. If you are ordering products from multiple merchants, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from a number of different shippers (i.e. UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx, DHL).

2nd Day and Overnight Orders

2nd Day Air and Overnight orders for in-stock products placed Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. [CST] usually process and ship the same day. Delays that may prevent your order from shipping the same day include additional merchant credit card verification checks, unforeseen delays with the shipping provider, out of stock products, or other delays out of our control. 2nd Day Air and Overnight orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Friday after 11 a.m. [CST] may not process or ship until the following business day - in most cases this will be Monday.

Automatic Shipping Service Upgrade reserves the right to upgrade the shipping choice made by the customer if the chosen and paid service was made incorrectly before critical holiday receiving dates such as Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day and Fathers Day.  If the delivery would not arrive on or before the event the customers credit card will be charged the additional fees incurred by
